The Hagells of Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada 

This map below show Truro in the central part of Nova Scotia, Canada where I live as well as my brother Robert Charles Hagell Jr. and my sister Anne Marie Hollis (Hagell). My Father, Robert Charles Hagell Sr. lives here as well. When my Dad's parents were living, they lived in Truro as well.

My Grandparents use to live in Halifax, along with (Rev. Alfred as I call him), Frederick Alfred Booth Hagell, his first wife Lavinia and his second wife Catherine Gammon. Rev. Alfred and Lavinia are buried in Halifax, NS. My brother James Frederick Hagell along with his wife Susan and some of their children live in the Halifax area as well.

This photograph was taken in Kentville, Nova Scotia on the occasion of my Mom and Dad's 50th wedding anniversary. That means this photo was taken in October, 1999 on the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend.

The family presented Mom and Dad with a "refurbished" mantle clock that use to belong to my Grandparents, Fred and Flo Hagell. Some day I will tell the story about the misadventures of the clock and the boy who like to fix things (take things apart and never get them back together).
